Our Customer Service Representatives are fully bilingual and capable of handling both inbound and outbound customer service functions. Our highly skilled customer service team strives to develop strong relationships with all our dealers, satisfying their needs in an efficient and effective manner. To complement this, we have a highly experienced sales team committed to supporting our dealer networks every need; bringing forward our latest collections and sharing comprehensive knowledge of the ever evolving footwear and fashion industry.
Retailer support is a key priority for us and we are happy to work with them to meet all of their needs no matter how big or small. Through our in-house Graphic and Marketing departments, we are able to create custom, eye-catching and retail friendly point of sale, and signage to assist with sell through. We can develop tailored advertising, in-store promotional and product knowledge packages enabling us to address the individual requirements of a retailer and the brands that they represent.
Our distribution is handled in-house to provide the best possible quality, flexibility and turn-around time to our retail partners. The operations are fully computerized and our services include full EDI and ASN capabilities, UPC coding, customer specific labeling/bar-coding/ticketing, and customer specific packing instructions. In addition, our distribution group provides consistent 24-hour turn-around time on replenishment orders.
